CNC Machining

Basic 3-axis and 4-axis CNC finishing is applied directly in-house, which can be used for most projects. Advanced 5-axis milling is provided through our supply chain.

Heat Treatment

With a whole set of heat-treatment equipment, enabling us to offer comprehensive heat treatment, including annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering.

Surface Finishing

Standard sand/bead blasting and polishing is applied in-house. Other finishes are provided via the supply chain, such as anodizing, powder coating, plating, etc.

Welding & Assembly

We manufacture or procure any type of component you require (metal or plastic, custom or standard) to assemble with castings into a complete product.

How to Work With Us

Upload Project File

Upload your project file to get started. Pictures, drawings, and 3D CAD files are acceptable.

Quote & DFM Analysis

Your design will first undergo a DFM analysis by our engineers. A detailed quotation will be provided within 12 hours.

Start Casting

After you place the order, we’ll schedule production. A finished sample will be sent for confirmation before mass production.

Finial Shipping

The order will be completed within the agreed date and shipped to you via the delivery method you specified.
